What a fun week ahead of us with lots of free and wonderful greenstatic outings in Brooklyn. Our favorites include a Pumpkin Sail, Autumn Fall Festival, and a Harvest Festival. What about a Spooky Science Astronomy Night, an oyster restoration project, rooftop yoga, and a fall foliage hikea? Attend a repair fair to learn how to keep using your favorite tools. Plant daffodils at a community garden BBQ. Enjoy some outdoor jazz and soul music.

There's also a Kids Culture Day to celebrate the opening of the new Herbert Von King Cultural Arts Center! Take them to a nature storytime, a concert by Suzi Shelton, and Tot Time. Check out Cub Scouts Lucky Pack 7 for your elementary schoolers and Troop 1G(irls) and Troop 26 (Boys) for your middle schoolers and high schoolers. What are these scouts doing this weekend? They're going to West Point for a football game, gorgeous fall leaves, and tons of Scout Day activities. What fun!

Roll up your sleeves to weed, mulch and beautify our parks, community gardens and cityscapes: Asser Levy Park, Butterfly Gardens, Kaiser Park, and Marine Park. Score some treasures at a Stop'N'Swap and ditch your unwanted electronics in a enviro way at a e-waste recycling pop-up. Raise a glass and toast your fellow eco warriors for their hard work.
